About

UPDATE: I am a therapist now! I am about to transform this site into an all inclusive website for my therapy services, blog, and other mental health services!

My Saving Grace is about healing and supporting each other. Especially those who have been through sexual assault, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, and major depressive disorder. I do not want anyone to ever feel alone on this journey. It is a long tough road and must be taken one step at a time. You have to be reminded quite frequently where you started and where you are now. It is a constant roller coaster. You will have anger, sadness, fear, hate, and regrets. At some point you start to feel courage and stronger. You start to gain your confidence back. But you can not get there without help. In fact all the compassion that I have gained through this journey has changed my life plans of becoming a nurse, into getting my Masters of Art in Counseling.

Please share this page with anyone you know who needs it.  Start discussions on my pages.  Tell me what you want me to talk about or what you are feeling.

Love y’all,

Katie Mae
